Are your products true to size?
Yes, all our products are based on standard Indian sizing. We recommend checking our size chart before ordering.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and packed with tags.
Are product colors exactly like the pictures?
We try our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen differences and lighting.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within the same day (for prepaid) or within 1 working day, and delivered in 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
Do you deliver across India?
Absolutely, we ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
Is online payment secure?

Why is COD not available on my order?
Some high-value or remote area orders may not qualify for COD. You’ll be notified at checkout.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, no amount is deducted. Try again or use a different method.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only. An unboxing video is required.
Who pays for return shipping?
₹100–₹150 is deducted as return shipping and handling fees. (Varies by product category.)
How can I exchange a product?
