Refund policy

At ValamCreation, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for all return claims. The video must clearly show the packaging, product, and any defects.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Items without an unboxing video.

  • Customized or altered items.

  • Products returned without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at valamcreationofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

  • Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup.

4. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • After pickup, the returned item will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.

  • If it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
